Boulangere potatoes

Serves 3

Ingredients

  • 500g potatoes
  • 200ml chicken stock
  • 1/2 an onion

Method

  • Peel the potatoes and slice them 0.5 cm thick
  • Thinly slice the onion
  • Simmer the potatoes for 5 minutes
  • Layer the potatoes and onions in an oven proof dish, and cover with the stock
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes at 200C
